How to adjust the right switch?
For VERTICALLY charging, the Screen Size of the device is
≥5.8”, adjust the switch up (Default mode)
＜5.8” (like iPhone 13mini/12 mini/ 8), adjust the switch down.
For HORIZONTALLY charging, ajust right button down and open the horizontal bracket to put the cell phone on it.
Provides 15W fast charge for LG, 10W fast charge for Samsung, 7.5W fast charge for iPhone, and 5W standard charge for any Qi-enabled devices.
Can charge your phone with a case on, suitable with most phone cases. We recommend ≤6 mm thickness for better charging results.

Can I charge my phone with the case on?
The wireless charger charges through a phone case that is no more than 6mm (0.23 inches) thick. Charging speed is also reduced when charging with a phone case.
Charging is not as fast as I expected, it’s slow?
Please try again with another QC2.0/3.0 adapter and another charging cable that supports fast charging. If your phone is a Galaxy phone, please make sure you have wireless fast charging enabled.
