Refractometer 0-32% Brix + 1.000-1.130 specific gravity with ATC

The refractometer instantly measures and displays sugar concentrations in fruit juices (wine) and wort (beer). The meter can be read easily and immediately. However, it is only suitable for measuring unfermented non-alcoholic solutions, not for fermenting wines or beers.

This meter has a double scale: Brix as well as specific gravity, which can be simultaneously read. No conversion is needed between Brix and SG to determine the density in wort or must. Accurate, yet easy to use: simply place a few drops of liquid on the prism and the density is directly readable. There is no need for temperature correction due to automatic temperature compensation (ATC).
When you measure with thie refractometer during or after fermentation, the results must be corrected due to the presence of alcohol in the liquid, with the aid of a computer programme, web site page or mobile app.
