1. Our Zigbee hub is only suitable for JaeJaes V0007 / V0008 Models Motorized Shades, and other devices may not be able to connect.
2. When selecting the indicator light status, you need to choose fast or slow according to the actual situation of the indicator light: slow blinking means that the indicator light flashes once per second, fast blinking means that the indicator light flashes twice per second. Then you follow the instructions to connect the gateway to the APP.
3. During the pairing process, please place the gateway close to the router to ensure a smooth network.
